Letcher County Flood Relief
Back in 2022, the eastern portion of Kentucky was ravaged with many storms resulting in devastating flooding. In 2024, our state is still recovering from the damages done, still repairing homes and lives that were forever changed. This April, Clean4Change will be setting off with Morehead State University’s Evergreen group from the 26th through the 28th to help one of the families whose lives were forever altered. We will be working with one family for the entire weekend to restore access to their home, clean out the waste accumulated and get the house one step closer to the home of days past.

Donating today will help our team get out to Letcher County to start this work, it will help to feed our volunteers and will assist in getting our workers to the site. Working to relieve the flooding today is the hope for a better tomorrow.
May 4, 2024: We had a very successful trip in April, clearing out four rooms in this family's house and really starting the process to get this family home! But there is still a lot of work to be done on this house and many others. Thank you for your donation to send us back to Letcher County many more times. Through solidarity with our neighbors, we can all grow stronger!
